Order & Payment
- What are your delivery methods?
We ship with GLS or DAO. Delivery is free on orders over 140 EUR. Visit our Delivery page for a complete overview of prices and delivery times. - How do I change/cancel an order?
To change an order, contact Customer Service as soon as possible with your order number. You can change your order if you haven't received a shipping confirmation. If you wish to cancel your order, contact Customer Service promptly. If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return. - Where is my order?
Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a track and trace number via email. You will also receive an SMS when your package is ready for pickup at a parcel shop. Track your order here: - Payment methods

Returns, Refunds & Claims
- How do I return a purchase?
We offer free returns within 30 days of receipt. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition. For more information on how to return your order, visit our Returns page. - Is it free to return my order?
Yes, we offer free returns for your order. - How do I exchange a purchase?
You are entitled to exchange your item for a different size or color within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that items must be in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange an item for a different style. - When will I receive my refund?
Once your return package is delivered to our warehouse, we will process the refund to the same payment card used for the purchase. This typically takes 2-4 days. - What do I do if my item is damaged?
If your item is faulty or damaged, you can report your claim. According to the Sale of Goods Act, we offer repair or replacement for the claimed product, and you have up to two years to make a claim. We accept claims with proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. If you're unsure, please contact our Customer Service at press@tonsure.eu.

The delivery time in Denmark and EU, is usually 1–3 weekdays, and 3-7 weekdays outside EU.
Order tracking
All of our packages are insured and have a track & trace number. When your package is sent, you will receive a track & trace number.
